Sending love and well wishes to all of you and your loved ones for this holiday season! We ended ‘23 with plenty of momentum from the year’s growth, and anticipate much more in ‘24! With that said, here is the upcoming schedule for the new year:

ADULTS
Mon/Wed – 6:30pm (Foundat10n); 7:30pm (All Belts)
Tues/Thurs – 5:45am (All Belts); 12:15pm (All Belts); 6:30pm (All Belts); 7:30pm (No-Gi)
Fri – 5:30pm Open Mat
Sat – CLOSED
Sun – 11am Open Mat

Wed 5:30pm will be Women’s Only Class

KIDS
Mon-Thurs 4:45pm

The new block format for adult evening classes will give us the opportunity to provide students even more technical options and rolling time. An abbreviated version of the schedule will run Tues 1/2-Thurs 1/4, and the full schedule rolls out beginning Sunday 1/7.

Stay tuned for updates on the addition of classes for Tinys (kids aged 3-5), Tweens/Teens (age 10-13), and a Sunday offering. In the meantime, while we’ll hold off on Tinys & Sundays for now until demand increases, Teens/Tweens are directed to attend class at kids time (4:45), and will be divyed out to drill/spar together.

One more MAJOR update is we now have a second site in San Ramon! The location is:

Classes for adults will initially run Mon/Wed @ 12:15pm and gradually build throughout the year. More updates to come regarding this expansion!
